Send them a letter telling them to cease and desist making calls immediately. If they fail to comply let the dept. of finance know and they will get a huge fine. Federal law prohibits them from calling if you have sent the certified letter.
Stellar Recovery attempting to collect a debt. I have owned my phone number for 7 years and they are calling for debt from someone who doesn't even live at my house. They have called from many other phone numbers and won't quit harassing me and are breaking the law in how many times they call my number. I am about ready to get an attorney for this matter.
