Lady said it was for a "personal business matter" and asked for Last 4 of the social or my address. When I refused to give either she told the the call cannot be continued.
And she is correct. By law, debt collectors are not permitted to discuss any aspects of an alleged debt with anyone but the alleged debtor without express permission. Now whether you actually have a debt that has gone to collections is another matter.
