I'm in Lexington, KY. Caller ID says Boise, ID. I answered immediately and heard the click right away when they hung up. They must be trying to establish a list of valid telephone numbers to sell to other scammers. I wish I hadn't answered now, but at least future calls from this number will be blocked.
This is jusy another of several that I receive from Apple maps, the message said to press 2 to decline or press 1 to be connected to an associate. I get the same message at least 20 times per week and the caller ID never displays the same number that left the message. If these calls are coming directly from Apple I will never purchase any of their products.
