Caller ID reads :: Boise ID :: A babeler fron Gadzgookistan tells me that I owe money on a long-ago account at some department store in Florida. Never been to Florida, never will. He tells me to remit a partial payment via my credit card so debt can be eliminated. This is a blatant scammer!
