Received call. Did not leave a message. I called back and got a recording stating their representatives were busy and if I believed I received the call in error to push 1 to be listed on the do not call list. THAT'S exactly what I did. Let's see if it works.

In the event we do not hear from you in our office on today, we will document that you've waived your rights to counsel, and submit this file to the state. Please give me a call at 216-539-5667. You would think they would notify you about who you should be having your attorney contact. How can you waive your right to counsel if you don't know what kind of counsel you need?? lol It reminded me of the automated IRS scam calls, but this was a live person leaving the message.
