This caller said that he was with Microsoft. He said that my computer was sending them error messages. After letting them remotely take over my computer he said that windows 7 had expired and that I needed to pay him $20 to get a new subscription. He said that I could only do this over the phone and that I couldn't buy a new subscription anywhere else. I don't know if I should trust this man. I told him that I wouldn't give him my card info on the phone.
