THEY'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! My wife and I received contact after inquiring through REALTOR.COM's app. We looked at a home to rent and even filled out an application. We found out through a realtor friend that the persons trying to rent to us did NOT own the home. I made contact with the actual owner and he was understandably upset with this.
