She kept saying Katie, not sure if that was her name or if she thought it was mine. I asked how she got my number and said it was a marketing agency and I filled something out online but wouldn't give me any more details. I asked to speak to her manager and she said no. She would just laugh any time I asked a question. Very frustrating!
