Just got a call from this number on my cell phone

Claimed they were from some research group and wanted me to answer some lifestyle questions. They said I would receive a $200 gift card from Walmart (they named 2 other stores too). I told them I couldn't do it right now.

Called to say I had won a sweepstakes. At 7:30am! Again at noon hour. I am on National No Call Registry.

There was no voicemail

Asked if I could hear them? I said yes, and am now worried they are using that "yes" as my authorization. I just saw this on the news!
