Someone from this number has been calling for over a week numerous times on my husbands cell phone. They ask to speak to the property owner and say they would like so see if we qualify for a grant or discounts on having solar put on our house. First we gave them our e mail address and communicated with them for a bit then stopped as we felt it was a scam. They continue to call once or twice a day and we have asked them numerous times to stop we are not interested. They speak in very broken english and we do not trust them. I had Verizon put a block on the number this afternoon and about an hour later we got two calls. I then found the number to put our phones on the do not call list and hope that puts a stop to this.

The scammers are not going to stop calling for a long time, you will have to ignore their calls.
Do not talk to them.
Hang up as soon as you figure out the caller is a scammer.
They are criminals and don't care what you say.
Their goal is to trick you into giving up your credit or debit card numbers as a prepayment.
We get several calls a day from this number. It has been going on for the past month. We never answer the phone, but as soon as the answering machine picks up the caller disconnects.
