Rec'd call 12/30/15 foreign-sounding idiot shouting "Are you there?" talking into my recorder.  Did not answer the call but I believe this may be one of those "Microsoft you have a virus" phone scams.  No legitimate number starts with a "1".  Similar numbers have called before with that scam.
