REceived call on Aug 4, 2016 @ 12:14 PM from 1-209-124-7896 with caller ID "Name Unavailabl". No message left on answering machine.

Update:
First of 3 calls I've received today from Stockton 209 area code with caller ID of "Name Unavailabl". Picked up on 3rd call and they immediately hung up after I said "Hello" a couple of times.
