Would not let the guy speak. Initial delay in answering made me realize the jerk was a telemarketer. So I asked him rude questions and hung up. He called me back twice. Bravo
The guy who called from this number (foreign accent & spoke English badly) says he works for SMUD and my household qualifies for a special rate for the next 2 months on my PG&E bill. The call before that says I qualify for some other special with a completely different company. I just hung up, what are they gonna do? Call me back?
