Reverse directory says 209-200-3967 is a cell phone from the Lodi/Kettleman area of Central California, so I called the number back and there was a recorded announcement in a pleasant lady's voice, so I left a message that this number came up on my caller ID...
I guess I jumped the gun, it was probably just a wrong number dialed...
