This company has called my home and office numerous times, stating that I have some kind of debt, but they are asking for my information and they want a credit card. He says his name is Charlie Cooper and the hotlink to his division is 209-205-4251. He is very threaatening in his message and says that I must call him the very second I get this messae or I will be sorry. Does not give the name of the comapy , but has left 25 messages in the pastr 3 days. He is obviously from another country as I can hardly understand what he says.
This woman called me left me a message that she is sorry for consequences that may be incurred from not returning her call. I returned the call and spoke to attorney at law Michael Donohue who then stated in the state of California I was being charged with 3 counts of fraud for some debt that I owed. When I tried to explain that the debt was never incurred and I have repots to prove it he hung up on me after saying that the police wold pick me up from my house.
When I called back and told them the conversation was being recoreded this Kevin Peterson attorney refused to give up any information and hung up on me several times
They called me but it was some man said I would be served with a supeona and so would two of my friends and he named them by name.....Ive never got any loan from these people....what the heck
i got a call from them, they said they were recording our call for the courts blah blah, and we tried to work it out so we wouldnt take it to court but when they knew i wasnt going to give them the money and i wanted documentation of everything in writing the guy said good luck and hung up and said he was faxing the info to my work, but why they cant fax it to me idk. then i called back and told them i have contacted a lawyer and he would love to hear from them the got loud and said we already have people on there way to your house tomorrow morning at 7 am sharp come to find out guess who never showed up! these people are a collection agency and they will threaten you with anything and everything. i gave my lawyer all there info and he will be taking care of them if they continue to horas me. i wish i knew that before and didnt get scared and conformed all this info with them. but as i know i have contacted the person that contacted them to have them get there money and i have it all taken care of. so much easier to do it that way. these guys are scammers, you cant understand a word they say, if anyone ever shows up to your guys' doors i wold love to know cause none of that happened to me.
