Apparently this is a big deal to him, because he just called again and left the exact same message. Thank goodness I don't have to ignore him calling in, because my phone automatically blocks "Unknown" calls.
This company called me from this number 209-205-9511 and told me I was going to jail unless I pay them 400.00 dollars.Mike Pierce is his name.I set up the payment but then I called the Attorney General and they said don't pay them if you have already settled out with another company.And if they keep calling to take the number to the police department to see what can be done.So I reversed the payment.....Im going to look into this futher because the way Mr.Pierce talked to me on the phone was not professional.No real company will talk to you like that and raised there voice as he did to me ............209-205-9511 If you get a call from them call the police so they can do a reverse call look up.........................thanks....
Received a call from an "Unknown" caller this morning. The message left was from a Marcus Graham of Goldberg & Associates. They requested a call back at 209-205-9511 Ext. 103, reference docket #XXX as pertaining to charges being registered against my name. I love how they end with "You have been notified." In the state of NY this can so be turned against them, I go before any court all I have to state is I was improperly notified - as it needs to be done in writing. Also, why would they be calling in from an Unknown... why don't they just call from the number they want a call back on... either way I will not be returning any call to these people.
