came via a 209 number with out a name just Oakdale. I did not answer. let voice mail saying I had won a reward. Totally a scam.

Well, they're getting closer!  My area code is also 209.  This was a recorded msg telling me that I'd been picked to win some kind of blah blah blah!  I was NOT paying attention.  Any calls that are recorded messages should be reported to the Do Not Call registry!  So please...if you get any calls like this from any number...report them to 1-888-382-1222.  It might help!!!  Thanks!
