Who called from 2092086142

Called cell phone at approx 10:45pm local time. Hung up. No message.

They have called me several times, no messages. I have followed the instructions to be put on the "do not call" list but the calls persist.

Got a call - one ring then showed as a missed call.  Figured it was one of the idiots I had told at least 20 times to not call me  and to put me on their do-not-call list.  Seems like most of the fools don't have a do-not-call list or at least do not check it.

Called at 945. Two diAls then hung up. Hope you can figure out who's doing this.

California area code.
Called at almost 11pm my time on my cell phone. Tried to call back and got dead air no ring nothing.
