They are located out in CA, but they should have to abide by the time zone they are calling, not the time zone they are calling from!

Guess not... I doubt the rule of "not after 9 pm" is true. This phone call originates on the West Coast, and I am on the East Coast. For them, it is NOT after 9 pm when they call, even if it is past that for me.

Called me @ 11:57PM EST............Who the heck calls at that time of night.
