Who called from 2092086142

This number calls my home phone all the time and at all hours.  Is it possible for us to shut down and/or overload this phone caller by blasting calls by the thousands back to it?

This call came to my cell phone at 11:15 @ night.

Just got called at 25 minutes ago.

I now recognize this number as one NOT to answer.  I don't answer calls from number I do not recognize.  This is an area code for Modesta, CA and surrounding areas.  I KNOW NO ONE THERE!!

Keep calling my cell phone and leave no message.
