Got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message. I called the number back and simply answered saying "goodbye" and hung up on me. I have saved the number as "scam" so if they call again I'll know to ignore it.

209-216-4006 is an auto dialer thats not a legitamite phone number its an autodialer from a different phone number calling you. report this to your phone company.

Our phones DO NOT RING WHEN A BLOCKED CALL COMES IN!
We have had the 209 area code blocked for about 6 months.
All calls from the 209 - regardless of the telephone number used - are blocked!
Please purchase a call blocking device that allows you to block telephone numbers as well as complete area codes.
We use the Di*it**e call blocker - in fact we have 3 of them - 1 for our home line and 2 for our business lines.
Have friends or family in a blocked area code? No Prob - simply "invite" their number into the call blocker - problem solved.
Currently, we have over 230 area codes blocked - quiet here!
