called and left message saying they're contracted with PG&E. that's fine and dandy...but when you rent a place you have NO say over what happens in the place that you rent.  I'm so sick and tired of getting calls from places wanting to do solar or insulation when I don't even own the property!!!!  all they have to do is research who the owners are before they bother people!!!   also call under 209-216-1950
