This is a scammer. This number was listed on a craiglist ad for a home rental. The party that answered is trying to scam people with false advertisement using information from actual rental and sale property that does not belongs to him. See Craiglist posting  5528582289, I went back to find it and it was removed after I asked the caller to send prof that he was the owner and never again replied to my text.
