Who called from 2092305641

So annoying I answered but they hang up

Energy company  when told I did not own property said had wrong number and hung up

My call from this number, was a woman asking for a "Rose Ramirez."  I've gotten calls for her before.  I don't know if she's a real person who had my number many years ago, or if that's just a fictitious name.  Either way, this number is now blocked.

Caller asked for my friend. My friend is not on my account.  I called the number pressed 2 to be removed from call list. Next day they called asking for my friend by his last name  They said they got his info from electric comp. still doesn't make sense
