Who called from 2092330790

A Google subscriber that is unavailable called my home phone.  The callers # is 209-233-0790.  I am a Therapist by phone world wide and am very worried now that someone has gotten hold of my private personal anonymous information.  How can I find out regarding the person with the above phone #?

I have received a few calls from this number. Always hangs up. Have no idea who it is.

This number has called me in the evenings and no-one says anything when i pick up. When i call back it says the google subscriber is not available.

I got a call from this number, but it was dead air when I picked up.  If it is a telemarketer they are never going to scam anyone for money if they don't talk?  Unless there is some sort of thing that they can do with the phone line?  It was just weird, so I looked it up and found that they have done it to lots of people.

this number called myself and a close friend in the evening and also did not leave messages or respond... odd
