Refuse to give a number for a call back (red flag). Number on ID is not a working number supposedly (another red Flag). Legitimate business will always give a number to be phoned back.
That's funny. I get calls from a woman who says her name is Wilma from McMillan Group. She will never leave a message or a call back number. You have to use *69 to find out what it is.
