this person has called multiple times. Caller leaves no message so I answered. Asked for someone by their first name, didnt identify themselves, didnt say why they were calling. All signs of a bill collector or spam.

This person called and was drunk or high and complaining about names of people I don't know.  This person called 7 times in a matter of 10 minutes.
