Called and just was dead air for about 20 seconds yesterday (10/8/13)

This # keeps calling my office phone asking about my internet service and did I have it more then 6 months also if I wanted to save on my bill. Now this # has called more then 10 times

Keep calling no messages and if you answer phone hangs up.

Voicemail robo call for an insurance company think they got my number from Obamacare website.  Voicemail message had a number to call in the 855 area code.
