Organization "Member Card Services" @ 209-249-1930 has been calling my home phone for a while now (a period of months)--- openning statement reffering to cridit of some type and reduction in my interest rates
Now calling my cell phone----- Dirtbags could care less if thats a call costing me $$$$$$$$$$$$
When I pressed 1 the guy asked if I wanted my rates reduced and when I said "NO, I want you to take me off your call list " he then asked again like the f----- pupet he is and then hung up
who do I contact to stop the abuse?

they called my cell and it went to voicemail - i was at work - they held the line open for a moment and hung up. it looked like i had a voicemessage, all it did was deduct from my minutes. it came from 209-249-1930.
This number called 209-249-1930. I didn't answer. Then I called number back WCA something selling health insurance. They wanted me to press 1 for a representative. I waited they again asked to press 1 for a representative, I again waited. They finally said to press 3 to be removed from their calling list. I pressed 3 and recording said to enter number to be removed, I entered my number and then they said to please allow 7 business days to remove number. We will see if that happens.
