Wasted time thinking this guy was for real until my "free service" required an enrollment fee. Difficult to know what to think when he is telling you accurate things about your computer and sends you to a website confirming appearing to confirm who he is. Told him to call me back in a few days once I thought moreabout it - wonder if he will:)
Caller offered to correct problem programs that have been downloaded onto my computer.
When pushed, said he was authorized by Microsoft, but if problems were found, we would pay, according to what is found.
