Receiving constant unwanted calls from this number, we answered and no response, they will not leave a voice message either. I'm positive it is a telemarketer for an Roofing Business and our number was sold to them by another company that we talked to about solar paneling. :(
I think these numbers are from people who are trying to get your info./credit card info! BEWARE of these numbers - 209-257-6042, 209-589-9124, 209-878-7012, 925-439-8620. We told them to please stop calling....but they still call! Do Not Call registry does not work!
The Do Not Call Registry doesn't have a thing to do with it. Your caller is a scammer. The DNC works very well for what it was created and intended to do. It was never intended to block any or all of the unwanted callers for almost 350,000,000 people. Go to FTC/DNC site and read all about it.
