Calling on my cell phone, I no longer answer calls from this number. Mortgage idiots trying to market their rates. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but that list is useless, get scams, marketers, unsolicited calls on all my numbers that are on the list. Why does this list exist if it doesn't work. Who funds it?

Caller from above # calls about 10 times a week on my cell. I know they are scammers. This particular # after researching, indicates it is located in Jackson, CA. I have other words but will end it here.
