got a call but did not answer, message asked if i was interested in saving on electricity. I blocked this caller

I just received a call from this number,I let it go to the answering machine,it said they were calling about solar alternative heating to reduce electric bills and we called them . WE did NOT call them !!

They called, I did not answer, they did not leave a message.

Got a call from this number saying that someone asked about lowering the electricity bill. When I told him he was incorrect, he asked me to repeat myself numerous times. I eventually hung up. Interesting part was that I got this call immediately after the "Verizon" call from 88-976-0259
