Same thing happened to me this week,and last. I called the loan office were I have the loan and they said they do use atterneys. And Jack Wood is a fraud. He has called me 2 times today, saying things that make no since, so I called the loan office and they said report him asap. So all you that have gotten calls from him, report it, Even Greene county is after this guy.

He says his email is. [email protected], has anyone else been given this email, I can't get it to go threw it comes back as failure. So it tells me Jack Wood is trying to fraud me also. He says I need to pay $599.00 by Friday, or pay court cost of 3000.00 I was told by my bank something isn't right, he wont give me state were he lives or an Address. Crazy.
