I answered today and a man told me that he was calling from Police Charities and was soliciting donations. In return for my donation, I would get a sticker for my car. When I asked him how much of a donation would go the the children or the police departments that were helping the kids, he told me that a GROSS amount of 15%....less office rental, pencils, expenses for car washes, yada yada yada. This is a scam people!
