Called me at 6:30am recording that was IRS filing a lawsuit. Called the number back and they answered IRS. Number one againsst the law to make a collection call to a consumer before 8am and secondly I seriously doubt that the Irs works on a Saturday. Scam.

Said "This is your final notice that the IRS has filed a claim against you...." I doubt the IRS would call me as opposed to sending certified mail as they typically do. Also, it is 6:53am on a Saturday.
