This is definitely from Mule Creek State Prison in Ione CA. I have a friend who is an inmate there. They changed their ID Call identity tag so I had to come on here and figure it out. The prison contracts an outside phone company to provide the service, and apparently they are using a different service now. My phone is on the fritz but my caller ID shows up on my TV.
I received a collect call today from a prisoner in Ione, CA named "Gil". I didn't accept the charges but have had a few of these calls when I wasn't home. My advice is to hang up.

Same junk here got a call from 209-274-2089. Caller ID identified as GTL. Tried to call it back, it rang and rang till a busy signal took over. I did some research. Mule creek prison. None of my people are in jail, and if they were it wouldn't be anywhere near that area. Also the call took place late at night on a weekend night, in case that matters.
I received a number of calls from this number today while unable to take them, my message machine takes automated messages, and called back the complain number left in them ((888)415-0377) and was given only the opportunity to leave my telephone number with the demand not to call back unless my call wasn't returned within 2 hours. I'm trying to fax to the number that calls me because when I call it I get what sounds like a fax tone, but I've been unable to get a carrier to accept the fax.
