Got the same schtick as previous poster. I tried to challenge the polite caller by asking where exactly it was that I stayed only to be talked over. Realized it is DEFINITELY a recording. I stayed on the line just to see where it would go if I remained silent. The computer disconnected the call. Waste of time and definitely a SCAM call.
Answered this phone call from a local number. A female caller with an American accent sounded surprised that I answered, then went into her "sales pitch without asking who I was. She said that my recent stay at a resort qualified me for a reward (maybe a cruise, I don't remember). When she finished talking, I asked what resort was it that I stayed at. The response was that she didn't hear me and she continued with her "script"--asking my age, etc. After my third time trying to get an answer, I ended the call. The caller appeared to be in a good mood and was respectful, but didn't address me directly--almost sounded pre-recorded.
