This is a voIP number, a fake number. Pretty sure they're scammers, they said they found me recently via a domain registration and I asked them what service did I registered through; the man I spoke to wouldn't disclose this information. I told him I've been making website coding and layouts for over ten years and I told him I wasn't interested. He got pretty persistent and repeatedly called me after I hung up on him.
One interesting thing to note: he claimed that his company was based out of the UK and I asked him why he was calling from a Washington number and he completely avoided that question. He wouldn't answer any my questions as to how he found me. Man, if you're going to say you're a business, at least leave a business name and a voice mail.
Look, guys, there's millions of options out there to style your website and have it connected in all sorts of plugins like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr. Be smart, don't fall for this.
