I called this number back and it said it was Commitee for Missing Children and gave me a 1-800-594-6135 number which I called. There was an option to opt out of calls from them. Hope this helps, they have been bothering us for quite some time.
Some one uses telemarketing 209-320-9679 with caller ID: CMC and keeps on calling my phone these days. It's very annoying. I have filed complained to donotcall. gov website to stop them

These creeps manage to wake me up all the time, they call about 3 times a day. If you try to call back , *69 or direct dial you will get a message from the phone company that your call cannot be completed as dialed. I suspect the caller is a Hack.
