the phone # on my caller ID had 11 in front of the 2093258801. I didn't answer and got a voicemail saying "We have currently received documents in an unsatisfactory account with your name attached. If you wish to find out what the nature of this grievance is call 877-680-0046 or press 9 to be connected to a client representative. Your account # is..." nothing after that
Received 2 missed calls from this # . No message left . Called back and a guy answered the phone . I said I had a missed call from this number . He said he didn't take missed calls and I would have to answer when they called and hung up on me .
