Spammer using a fake caller ID of "ALERT" in complete violation of Federal law. Now blocking the idiots running this insurance sham preying on senior citizens.

trhis is second call today in 1/2 hour but was a different number aea code 951 749 9551
how can we stop these people? and what do they want?
