Actually, you CAN NOT GUARANTEE any debt is valid. JL Teamworks is taking the information they get at face value and do not know the validity of any bill. I have received calls from them trying to collect a debt that I do not owe. After some time and considerable headache on my part they finally stopped calling.
My advise is to send them a certified return receipt letter demanding proof you owe the bill within 30 days. Include in the note that just saying so does not make it so and that you want to see copies of the original bills. If they fail to provide you with such proof then tell them to cease and desist all collections and file a complaint with the FTC (they have a handy form on their website). Failing that, take their incompetent behinds to court.
Should they provide proof and it's legit, then pay up or make arrangements. It's their responsibility to prove to you that you owe any debt and should not be harassing anyone. Likewise, if it's your debt, it's your debt.
Getting calls asking to identify myself. I refuse until they say why they are claling - they won't, so I hang up on them. Has been going on for months... am reporting them to the do-not-call list violations today.

Oh and fyi I never lived in Lodi ither. Live in mountain view they handle lots of hospital... Ur in collections buddy: ct put them on the do not call list. pay your bill....
Okay, so I *think* I'm able to understand what you posted. Seriously though, drop the text shorthand and use a spell-check.
Companies can and will steal information from you. Confirmation of any personal data such as your birth date, name, address, etc. can open the gates. That's assuming they're calling for you specifically. How about if they're calling for another person, and after telling them the person does not live here, they persist. You can absolutely put them on the do not call list, but I would recommend contacting your state's AG office to file a complaint. Every state has different rules and regulations on collections, but most of these companies operate within a very shady gray legal area. If they continue, tell them you're reporting them.
I have received calls from this number once to two times an hour and they just don't stop. I did manage to speak to 2 different people at this so called organization, and they stated they have had my number in their database for over 2 years. I asked them where they got my number and who's bright idea to was it to give them permission to call me and harrass me 50 thousand times a day...they just told me that they would remove me and apologized for the headache.
That was over month ago and I still receive calls from this number, but not as much as before which is a start and still a headache.
Someone left me a message her name was Unis Wallace and her direct number is 800-487-6006 ext.203
