Called but hung up after I answered. 3rd time in the past 24 hrs.

person called said his name was STEVE , but caller id showed PRAKASH SINGH from  # 209-339-9999
and was trying to tell me about some HOME ENERGY discount.

i asked him HOW COME HE SAID HIS NAME WAS STEVE but CAME UP AS PRAKESH
him : *AKWARD SILENCE* well you see sir ...um...how come i come up as prakesh ....um
me : i have another question for you , whats your area code ??
him : area code ??, my area code is ...um 12609 , my area code is 12609
me : *cuts him off* do not call this numer again , do not call my number again *hangs up*

This person is of sand camel decent and kept asking to speak to lawrence, ive  been in really bad arguments with this guy about a month ago when I said who is Lawrence he said listen [***]. I would like to know how you got my number

He asked to speak to me I kept saying hello then he said "f---- you, you heard that right?" I said I did and he hung up!
