Who called from 2093463098

I received a call at 7:30 in the am from this California number so they had to be called at 3:30 their time. Disgusting.

I received a call from 209-346-3098 around 2:25 PM 2/24/17.  He told me he was from Windows 7 and about some problem with infected programs within my computer.  I asked how he got the number he was calling as it was not registered to the computer. He kept saying he needed me to go to my computer to check something (heavy accent and I was in my car so didn't understand all that he said).He siad he wasn't selling anything, but I was suspicious and hung-up.

Called received yesterday (Tracy, California) - left an automated voice msg.
