I got a call from Daniel Cooper representing USA Financial Services offering a loan of 5000 dollars. I submitted a Verification Procedure totaling 160 dollars. I never got the loan nor had my 160 dollars returned to me. I just get a Voice Mail on calling 1-209-349-4065. I believe I was schammed so watch out when somebody calls you from this number about a loan.
