IRS SCAM!!!!!  209-356-9449 called my landline # this morning @10:04am,  Caller ID indicated Atwater, CA.  Left message on my VMail saying IRS if filing lawsuit and this is my Final Notice.  Never mentioned me by name and to return this call to receive more info.  If this were truly the IRS, I would have received notice via Mail which I did not.  White Pages lists "2093569449 as a Mobile Phone, VoIP number, provided by Onvoy with an area code in CA"; LOW Spam Level.  Reporting & Blocking this number.
