I got a call from that number as well..they called me twice and left two voicemails saying that their name was Alex Crua something and had a very heavy middle eastern/indian voice, i could barely understand him....telling me that i needed to call them back or my attorney because otherwise they were going to take laegal action on me and all they can do is wish me good luck with what legal things were going to happen to me if i didnt call...is this a scam?
I just got a call from this number, they left a voice mail stating that the caller was Michael Sykes and that this was in reference to a legal action pending. I called the number back and was answered by yet another heavy middle eastern male voice stating his was Richard Parker and that his company was Federal Registration services legal department, or something like that, I could not understand him at all. I was told that no one had called and yet in the VM that was left I was told to have either me or my attorney called them
He asked what number I was called at and I gave the number I was on, having recently gotten a new phone. I have my calls forwarded from my old number to this one. Richard Parker is listed here on WhoCallsMe as a known scammer
I have the same call from them, stating John Walter as their name from Consumers Affairs services of ca.
Number is 209-0396-6908, they pull info from facebook, and I can confirm this as they are scamming my alternate account, they know all info that was in the account.
The threaten arresting me, but do not want payment for the supposed debit, then he stated I owed for a payday loan... never had on in my life...
They are Phishing Telemarketers with lots of info available to them.

Got a call from person with heavy middle eastern accent. they said something about a payday loan. I never have had one of those. This is a scam. I repeat, THIS IS A PAYDAY LOAN SCAM!!
got a call from 209-396-6908 and asked me if my last 4 digits of my social security number was what he said and he asked if i was aware of a legal complaint pending against me. The man was from the middle east go figure another scammer from that part of the world. They really need to leave us alone and scam their own people from their own country, they wonder why we hate them...
