I did answer. Heavily accented person asked me, I think, to whom he was speaking. My bad self told him to go &^$& himself. Definitely a spammer. So infuriating.
Same here! Heavy Indian accent about some insurance or benefits.. Said the name of company was ..... Benefits. Couldn't understand her, and she kept saying "hello, hello" Lots of noise in the background of others on the phone making the same calls. Said someone would call me that I might be able to understand better. I told her not to bother!! I didn't need insurance of any kind! I played a cruise ship horn sound into the phone for approximately 20 seconds and told her to "F**k off" and a few other choice remarks which I won't repeat here!
Thank you for the info. The same thing happened to me....this number calls me ALL the time and it is getting old. I pick up the phone and don't say a word........the woman keeps saying...hello?? Hello?? and finally hangs up. I am hoping they will quit calling me with this kind of treatment....but the cruise ship horn is a good idea!! thanks!! :-D
