Those are fine, HOWEVER, how many YEARS, and how many THOUSANDS of complaints did it take for those FEW instances that you list to occur?!?

So you think these things should be done in an hour, like on TV?  They just push a button and they have the scammers address?  Sorry but real life doesn't work that way.  It takes hundreds and sometimes thousands of subpoenas just to track down a number only to find out that by now they have moved.  Only someone who doesn't have to actually do the work would criticize.
